7. Shipping Insurance

8. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

8.1 Refused Delivery

If you refuse delivery:

• Package will be returned to us
• Refund issued minus shipping costs and 15% restocking fee
• Cold chain products cannot be refunded if temperature integrity compromised

8.2 Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned as undeliverable due to:

• Incorrect address provided by customer
• Customer unavailable for signature
• Refused by recipient

Will be subject to return shipping fees and restocking fees.
