1. Return Eligibility
1.1 Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted ONLY in the following circumstances:
- Damaged Products: Products damaged during shipping
- Defective Products: Manufacturing defects or quality issues
- Wrong Product: Incorrect product shipped
- Missing Items: Items missing from order
- Temperature Failure: Cold chain products that exceeded temperature limits
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items CANNOT be returned:

- ❌ Products with broken seals
- ❌ Reconstituted peptides
- ❌ Products stored improperly after delivery
- ❌ Products past expiration date
- ❌ Custom or special orders
- ❌ Clearance or final sale items

1.3 Time Limits
- Damaged/Defective Products: Must report within 48 hours of delivery
- Wrong Product: Must report within 7 days of delivery
- Quality Issues: Must report within 14 days of delivery

3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Methods
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

- Cryptocurrency: 3-5 business days (subject to network fees)

4. Replacement Policy
4.1 When Replacements Are Offered
We offer free replacements for:
- Products damaged during shipping (our fault)
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong products shipped
- Missing items from order
4.2 Replacement Process
- Replacement shipped within 1-2 business days of approval
- Expedited shipping provided at no charge
- Original product may need to be returned

4.3 Out of Stock Items
If replacement product is out of stock:
- Full refund offered
- Store credit with 10% bonus
- Substitute product of equal or greater value
- Backorder with expedited shipping when available
5. Damaged or Defective Products
5.1 Shipping Damage
If package arrives damaged:
- Refuse Delivery: If damage is obvious, refuse delivery and contact us immediately
- Accept with Notation: Note damage on delivery receipt and photograph immediately
- Contact Us: Email photos within 48 hours to returns@anypeptide.co
- Do Not Use: Do not open or use damaged products
5.2 Quality Issues
If you discover quality issues:
- Discoloration or unusual appearance
- Incorrect concentration or purity
- Contamination
- Seal integrity issues
Contact us immediately with photos and detailed description. We may request the product be returned for testing.
5.3 Temperature Excursions
For cold chain products:
- Check temperature monitoring device immediately upon delivery
- If temperature exceeded safe limits, contact us within 24 hours
- Provide temperature data and photos
- Do not use product if temperature integrity compromised
6. Wrong or Missing Items
6.1 Wrong Product Shipped
If you receive the wrong product:
- Contact us within 7 days
- Provide order number and photos of received product
- Do not open or use the product
- We will arrange pickup and send correct product
6.2 Missing Items
If items are missing from your order:
- Check all packaging thoroughly (items may be in separate compartments)
- Review packing slip to confirm what should be included
- Contact us within 7 days with order number
- We will ship missing items at no charge
7. Order Cancellations
7.1 Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled before shipment:
- Within 2 hours of order: Full refund, no fees
- After 2 hours, before processing: Full refund minus 5% processing fee
- After processing begins: Cancellation may not be possible
7.2 After Shipment
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You may:
- Refuse delivery (subject to return shipping fees and restocking fee)
- Return unopened products per our return policy
7.3 Custom Orders
Custom or special orders cannot be cancelled once production begins. No refunds or returns accepted.
8. Store Credit
8.1 When Store Credit Is Offered
- As alternative to refund (customer preference)
- For out-of-stock replacement items
- As compensation for minor issues
- Promotional offers
8.2 Store Credit Terms
- Value: 110% of refund amount (10% bonus)
- Expiration: 12 months from issue date
- Transferability: Non-transferable
- Usage: Can be applied to any future purchase
9. International Returns
9.1 Return Shipping
- Customer responsible for return shipping costs
- Use trackable international shipping method
- Declare accurate value on customs forms
- Returns may take 2-4 weeks to reach us
9.2 Customs and Duties
- Original customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
- Customer responsible for any return shipping customs fees
- We cannot provide customs documentation for returns

- Currency conversion fees may apply
